Said they would work on it and never heard from them again im pretty mad at this point about the product we paid alot of money for. Oh and i talked to asus they said try to plug the aio into the cou fan header nope didnt do anything. All i can do now is control the color schemes. Uninstalled everything unplugged it all reinstalled it all and now the software to control what goes on the cooler screen isnt there anymore period to do anything. ROG Ryujin 360 all-in-one liquid CPU cooler with LiveDash color OLED, Aura Sync RGB and Noctua iPPC 2000 PWM 120mm radiator fan 1. However, I noticed that the fans don't start spinning unless the PWM is at least 40 in armoury crate. SATA and usb 2.0 are also connected and everything works just about perfect. I have to now start my pc let it load then reset my pc and all of a sudden all my color pics start up and screen shows me my original settings on the screen but the software to control any of that is gone. I have the ROG RYUJIN 360 connected to the AIO pump header with the fans connected to the AIO pump fan connector. You can then use the Bios or another fan control utility to control them. The CPU header will work, as will any other fan header. You can, however, plug them into the motherboard if you wish. I just installed the same thing at first it would let me set up what i wanted on the screen then updated it and now the software to control what i wanted on the damn screen disappeared and its stuck on showing me my original picks that i wanted on the screen. By design, Asus intends that the Ryujin-II radiator fans be connected to the included fan controller, and that Armory Crate be used to control their speed.
